"Should a Smith Officer's performance be substandard or his appearance and demeanor reflect poorly on himself, Smith, or our Customer's Company, and Customer's staff reports this situation promptly to Smith management representatives at the Branch Office, then a credit will be issued for the shift the Officer in question worked or until he was relieved with a replacement Smith Officer."
