	Clayton J. Smith Chief Executive Officer Clayton J Smith graduated from SMU in 1969. He began working in the family business and was the innovator in designing and implementing the company’s information processing and accounting operations. In 1976, he became President of Smith Protective Services, Inc. and in 1983 became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

	Mark L. Smith President Mark L. Smith assumed the company's Presidency in 1983. Mr. Smith is a 1976 graduate of Southern Methodist University, with a degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed polygraph examiner and has served in several officer capacities within security industry organizations, such as A.S.I.S., A.S.S.I.S.T., and L.E.A.P.S.

	Bill W. Cue Executive Vice President Bill W. Cue, Executive Vice President, began his career with Smith Protective as a sales representative in the Dallas Branch 30 years ago. He is the third member of the Board of Directors and is the senior reporting official for all Regional Managers.
